About Marc Le Borgne

Over a 30-year career in Real Estate, Marc has gained a wealth of experience in a wide range of transaction types and markets.

Marc recently completed the run-off of the €3.5bn Real Estate portfolio held by RBS in France and Benelux. This concluded a series of exciting and complex mandates with RBS, including setting up the Real Estate business in France, managing the €8bn European Real Estate Portfolio as well as executing an number sizeable structured investments and divestments.

Prior to this, Marc held senior positions at Société Générale's Real Estate Division, in Structured Finance, Property Development and Financial Leasing. Marc started his career as a Project Engineer, working in France and the Middle East.

Marc holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and a Master in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington (Seattle) and ESTP (Paris). He is a registered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a founding member of INSEAD Pierre and Génération Immobilier.
